This Louisiana seasoning is among its more popular. You'll find it Gumbo & other Cajun dishes.

Bratwurst 
A very popular sausage in Germany. Just add 1 scant tablespoon of seasoning to 2/3 pork & 1/3 veal. Stuff into hog casings.
