EASY HOT PEPPER JELLY
Ingredients:
1 Cup Apple Jelly
2 Small Dried Hot Chili Peppers

Directions:
Rehydrate
hot chilies in a small amount of warm water for 10 minutes. Drain Well.
Place jelly and chilies in a food processor. Pulse a few times till blended.
Store in refrigerator.
Serving Suggestions:
Pour jelly over an 8 oz. block of cream cheese. Serve with crackers. Great for parties.
HOLIDAY SPICE
Ingredients:
2 TSP Allspice Berries
1 Cinnamon Stick
2 TSP Cloves
2 TSP Ground Nutmeg
2 TSP Ground Ginger
1/4 TSP Cardamom

Directions:
Grind
the allspice, cinnamon, and cloves into a fine powder. Mix in the remaining
ingredients. Store in an airtight container. Yields 4 tablespoons.
Recipe may be doubled.
Suggestions:
A delightful garnish when sprinkled on eggnog, custards and puddings, or use to flavor pound cakes and fruit cakes.
